Texas SecurTec LLC – Terms & Conditions

Pricing & Quote Validity

All bids are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change due to manufacturer pricing or tariff increases. A signed quote is required before any materials are purchased.

Warranty

Texas SecurTec LLC provides a 30-day limited warranty on installation labor. All equipment and materials carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which is passed through to the customer and may include, but is not limited to, shipping charges. Advanced replacements may be subject to manufacturer testing and approval.

Warranty service will be performed during normal business hours. Requests for service after hours or on weekends will incur an emergency service fee.

Exclusions & Limitations

Texas SecurTec LLC is not responsible for the condition or failure of existing equipment, conduit, wiring, landscaping, ground movement, sprinkler systems, foundations, water drainage, weather, acts of God, terrorism, war, or vandalism.

Any unauthorized modifications or work performed on Texas SecurTec LLC-installed systems by third parties (including the customer) may void all warranties.

Ownership & Payment Terms

All parts and materials remain the property of Texas SecurTec LLC until final payment has been received and cleared.

Until payment is made in full, Texas SecurTec LLC retains title to all equipment and materials. In the event of non-payment, the customer agrees that Texas SecurTec LLC has the right to enter the property and recover the unpaid equipment. Texas SecurTec LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from removal.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. A $40.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Scope of Work

The quoted price covers only the work and materials described in the proposal. Additional parts, labor, or services that may be required upon further testing or during installation will be billed separately. Any work performed outside the original scope of this bid will incur additional charges.
